Chiikawa even shows the night after a live show goes wrong

The night the live show ends, Chiikawa and Hachiware remember the mistakes they made.

If you only follow how the performance went, you could close the story when the show ends. But the story continues into that night. Even when the audience's plans are over, the performers' time goes on.

With my own mistakes, I sometimes remember them later. The one part that went wrong can feel like the whole day. That's exactly why, when I look at someone, I want to avoid deciding who they are as a whole from one result.

That's different from pretending the mistake never happened. We should be able to think about both what went wrong and what's good about that person. Reflecting on it is one thing, and it still seems possible to stay by that person's side.

If a friend were remembering like that, I might rush to encourage them because I'd want them to feel better soon. But their feelings won't necessarily switch at the moment I speak up.

It's an episode that makes you want to look at the night after a mistake, too. Even after hearing the result, I want to listen to that person a little longer.
