Wanting to work, and the conditions beyond that
Shisa wants to work at Rou. But working there requires a hard qualification.
So showing enthusiasm doesn't mean the job just starts. Between the one who pictures working at the shop and the conditions for working there sits a qualification.
What is a qualification meant to check?
A qualification may also be there to check whether someone has learned what's needed. So being hard alone doesn't make it a mean rule. Then what is the qualification for working at Rou meant to check?
What I'm curious about is the preparation before the challenge. What do you have to learn? Is there someone to teach you? Can you make time to study? There are things I want to find out even before exam day.
Look not just at those taking it, but at those who decide
When we cheer someone on with “Do your best and pass,” we're looking at the person taking the exam. Add “Why this condition?” and our attention turns to those who set the conditions too. Even with the same exam story, we can see more.
I want to support Shisa's wish to work. That's exactly why I want to know not just whether Shisa can get the qualification, but also who is laying the road there.
